Booking Conditions:
- Reservations will only be valid after payment.
- For reservations made with a credit card, payment will be made immediately.
- For reservations made by bank transfer, the customer will have 72 hours to make the transfer and send proof to reservas@rosariosuitestownhouse.com.
Cancellation Policy
- Penalty of the first (1) night for all cancellations up to ten (10) days prior to the check-in date;
- Penalty of 100% of the total reservation value for cancellations up to five (5) days prior to the check-in date;
- Penalty of 100% of the total reservation value in case of No Show.
